Where Can I find my PIN?

PINs are 8-digit alpha-numeric codes (Format : AB1234CD). Every PIN entered gives you a spin for chances to WIN! Here is an example of where your PIN is located on your Chase the Savings game tickets:

With every PIN you enter, you will receive a Spin for chances to WIN instantly, or receive sweepstakes entries into the online draws.

What are sweepstakes entries?

The sweepstakes entries you receive when you spin to win go into the prize drawing(s). The more sweepstakes entries you receive, the higher your chances of being drawn in the contest. Rewards Memberships are free. You can become a Save Smart Rewards Member at www.savemart.com or a Lucky You Rewards Member at www.luckysupermarkets.com.

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your device is probably outdated.

Here is all you need to do:

  1. Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either: Google Chrome or Or Mozilla Firefox
  2. Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your device.
  3. In your new web browser, go to www.chasethesavings.com and then click on Sign-Up to create an account or if you have already signed up.

How do I sign up for the contest?

To sign-up for the contest, simply click Sign-Up and complete all required information on the Registration Form.

I don’t have an email address, how do I register?

There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend Google Mail or Microsoft Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

I share an email address with someone, what should I do?

Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address.

How can I change my contact information (phone number, email etc.)?

How do I remove myself from the contest?

To remove yourself from the contest click here. Note all of your ballots you have entered will also be removed.

How do I get a game ticket?

Obtain one (1) game ticket from any cashier or authorized personnel every time you make a qualifying purchase of any three (3) specially marked products when you visit your participating Save Mart, Lucky and Lucky California stores from April 19 to June 13, 2023. Plus, receive a bonus ticket for every qualifying three (3) additional specially marked products you purchase. Maximum of five (5) tickets total per transaction.

How do I get a game ticket without making a purchase?

You can obtain a game ticket without making a purchase by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Chase the Savings Ticket Request, 600 Main Street, #300, Tonawanda, NY 14151-0888”.
Requests must be postmarked by June 6, 2023. One request per outer mailing envelope, one request per day of the Sweepstakes Period. No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed. See Official Rules for details. for more details.

I am having problems entering my PIN

PIN’s are 8-digit Alpha-numeric codes (Format: AB1234CD), please check to see you entered the PIN format correctly. If you receive a message that your PIN has already been entered, please view the My Account page, to check if you have already entered your PIN. If you are still having issues, please email us at gamemaster@chasethesavings.com.

How will I know if I am an Online Winner?

If you instantly WIN on the spin wheel, you will be notified on screen and there will be a link to claim your prize. If you are drawn for a sweepstakes prize, you will receive an email or phone call from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to Sign-up. A maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the winner.

What is a captcha?

A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

Why is my account locked?

Your account has been automatically locked because you made too many incorrect attempts to enter a PIN. Please email us at gamemaster@chasethesavings.com to request for your account to be unlocked. Please note, if your account is locked again because of too many incorrect PIN attempts, it will remain locked and you will be disqualified from the promotion.

Do I need to keep my game tickets once I have entered my PIN?

No, once you have entered your PIN online, you may discard your game ticket. You can view your PIN entries under the My Account page.

What are some important dates to remember?

  • Last day to get game tickets in store: June 13, 2023
  • Last day to enter PINs for Race Tickets prizes: May 8, 2023
  • Last day to enter PINs for all other prizes: June 15, 2023
  • Last day to redeem instant prizes: June 27, 2023
